Official product information
Phytomem Website Privacy Policy
Quick answer
This site, run by Gophytomem, sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ad trackers as of September 24, 2026. The web server keeps standard logs, and Google Fonts receives your IP address when pages load. Orders and card payments happen on the brand's order page and checkout platform, never here. We sell no data and build no health profiles.

What we collect
What information does this site collect?
Very little. The site has no accounts and no logins, and it does not ask for your name to read any page. The table shows each kind of information and what happens to it.
| Kind of information | Collected? | What it is used for |
|---|---|---|
| Server logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type, the page you came from) | Yes, by the web server that hosts the site | Delivering pages, finding errors and blocking attacks |
| Cookies | No | The site sets none as of the effective date |
| Analytics or visitor-tracking tools | No | None are installed |
| Advertising trackers or pixels | No | None are installed |
| Emails you send us | Yes, if you write | Answering you and keeping a record of the conversation |
| Payment card details | Never on this site | Entered only on the checkout platform, not here |
| Health information | Not asked for | We do not build profiles from the pages you read |
Server logs are a normal part of running any website. We use them to keep the site working, not to learn who you are or what you are interested in.
Cookies
Does this site use cookies, analytics or ad trackers?
No. As of the effective date, this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. We checked this against the site's own script, which only runs the menu, the price toggle and the scrolling effects.
- No cookies are written by any page on this site.
- The site script does not store anything in your browser's local storage.
- No analytics service counts your visits or records your clicks.
- No advertising network, social media pixel or retargeting tag is loaded.
- Images, styles and the site script are served from this site's own server.
If we ever add a cookie, an analytics tool or a tracker, we will update this policy first and change the effective date at the top of the page.
Orders
How are orders and payments handled?
Orders and payments never pass through this site. When you press an order button, you leave this site for the brand's order page, and your card details go to a checkout platform, not to us.
You press an order button
A short redirect page on this site sends your browser on to the brand's order page. No form on this site asks for payment details.
You choose a pack on the brand's page
The order page is run by the brand at tryphytomemone.com. Its own terms and privacy policy apply there.
You pay on the checkout platform
The card number, name, address and email you enter go to the checkout platform. The brand's pack shows the BuyGoods logo, and your order email shows who processed the payment.
You keep the order email
It holds your order ID. For a refund, the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 or [email protected] uses that ID; our website email cannot see orders.
The full refund steps are on the Phytomem guarantee page.
Outside links
What happens when you follow a link to another site?
Many pages link to studies, government health pages and the brand's order page. Once you open one of those links, you are on a different website, and its own privacy policy applies.
- Study links open journal and publisher pages, which may set their own cookies.
- Government links open pages run by agencies such as the FDA, the FTC and the National Institutes of Health.
- Order links open the brand's order page, and then the checkout platform, which may use cookies to keep your cart and your payment secure.
- This site adds no personal details or tracking codes to any link it sends you to.
We choose links for their information, not for any data they collect. If a linked page asks for personal details, read its policy before you type anything.
Health browsing
How is health-related browsing treated?
Reading about memory, side effects or medicines can say something personal about you or a relative. We treat that seriously: we do not build profiles from the pages you visit, and we do not link log entries to names or emails.
- We do not use your reading history to show you ads, here or anywhere else.
- We do not sell, rent or trade information about which pages you read.
- We do not combine server logs with emails you send us.
- We do not ask about your health, your diagnosis or your medicines.
If you choose to mention a health condition in an email, we use it only to answer that email. Please share no more than you need; for medical questions, your own doctor is the right person to ask.
Sharing
When is information shared with anyone else?
We share information only when running the site or the law requires it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
Service providers
The company that hosts the site processes server logs to deliver pages. It may use them only to provide that service.
Legal requests
We may share information if a valid law, court order or government request requires it.
Safety and fraud
We may share log data to stop an attack on the site or to protect visitors from fraud.
A change of owner
If the site is sold or merged, this policy would travel with it, and we would post notice here first.
State rights
What privacy rights do US state laws give you?
A growing number of states, including California, give residents rights over their personal information. Some states, such as Washington, also have laws about consumer health data. We honor these requests for every visitor, whatever state you live in.
| Right | What it means here |
|---|---|
| To know | Ask what information we hold about you. For most visitors, the answer is only server log lines |
| To delete | Ask us to delete emails you sent, and any log lines we can match to you |
| To correct | Ask us to fix information about you that is wrong |
| To opt out of sale or targeted ads | We do neither, so there is nothing to switch off |
| To equal treatment | Asking about your rights never changes how the site works for you |
Some browsers send a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. Because the site runs no trackers, it already behaves as those signals ask.
To make a request, write to [email protected]. We may ask a question to confirm the request is yours, and we will reply within the time your state's law allows.
Children security
Children, security and how long information is kept
Children
This site is written for adults, and Phytomem is meant for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has emailed us, tell us and we will delete the message.
Security
Pages are served over an encrypted connection, and access to the server and our email is limited to the people who run the site. No system is perfectly secure, so we collect as little as possible in the first place.
How long we keep information
We keep server logs only as long as we need them to run and protect the site, then delete them. We keep emails as long as we need them to answer you and keep a fair record. This policy does not set a fixed number of days; ask us if you want a specific item removed sooner.
Changes contact
How will you know about changes, and who can you contact?
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. The version you are reading took effect on September 24, 2026.
Write to [email protected] (Mon-Fri 9:00 am-5:00 pm ET) with any privacy question or request. For how the site works more generally, see our website terms and conditions and the Phytomem disclaimer.
