Phytomem Supplement Facts: The Label, Line by Line
Quick answer
The Phytomem front label reads PHYTOMEM ONE, Memory, Focus, Clarity, Dietary Supplement and 30 Tablets.
Six ingredients are named on the brand graphic and four more on the info page. A full Supplement Facts panel with amounts has not been published yet.

Panel
Is there a Phytomem Supplement Facts panel?
Not one we can show you. No image of a Phytomem Supplement Facts panel was published by the brand or supplied to us, so this page has no panel picture.
A Supplement Facts panel is the boxed chart on the side or back of a supplement bottle. It lists how much of each ingredient is in one serving, plus the other ingredients that hold the tablet together.
For a product with six to ten ingredient names, that chart is the most useful part of the label. Without it, no amount can be checked, and nobody outside the company can say which of the named ingredients the tablet really holds.
Front
What does the front of the Phytomem bottle say, word for word?
The front label has four lines of text. Here they are exactly as printed, with what each one tells you.
| Printed on the front | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| PHYTOMEM ONE | The product name on the bottle. This site uses the short name Phytomem; it is the same product. |
| Memory* | Focus* | Clarity* | Three structure-function claims. The asterisk points to the FDA statement that these claims have not been evaluated. |
| Dietary Supplement | The legal category. A supplement is not a drug, and the FDA does not approve it before sale (FDA, dietary supplement Q&A). |
| 30 Tablets | The count and the form: 30 tablets, a 30-day supply at one a day. |
The FDA statement printed with the brand's graphic reads: "These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease."
Lists
Which ingredient lists exist for Phytomem?
There are two lists, from two different sources, and they do not match. One names six ingredients and the other names ten.

List one: six names
The seller pack and the "Inside Phytomem" graphic name the same six:
- Saffron extract
- Fucoxanthin
- Fucoidan
- Oleuropein
- Berberine HCl
- Ceylon cinnamon bark
List two: four more names
The brand's info page adds corosolic acid (banaba), kudzu flower extract, Morosil and xylitol, and calls the formula "10-in-1". Only a real panel can settle which list is complete.
What each of the ten names is, and what it was studied for, is on the Phytomem ingredients page.
Category view
What must a US Supplement Facts panel show, and what has been published?
US supplement labels follow a set layout, so a buyer knows where to look. The table puts each standard part of the label next to what Phytomem has made public.
| Label part | What it normally shows | What Phytomem has published |
|---|---|---|
| Statement of identity | The words "Dietary Supplement" or similar | Yes: "Dietary Supplement" on the front |
| Net quantity | How many units are in the container | Yes: "30 Tablets" |
| Serving size | How much makes one serving | One tablet, from the brand's directions |
| Servings per container | Number of servings in the bottle | 30, worked out from the count |
| Amount per serving | Weight of each ingredient, or of a blend with its parts listed by weight order | Not published |
| % Daily Value | Shown for nutrients that have one | Not published |
| Other ingredients | Fillers, binders, coatings and sweeteners | Not published |
| Cautions and storage | Warnings, age limits and how to store | Not published |
| Maker or distributor | Company name and place of business | Not published |
| Lot and best-before | Printed on the bottle | On the base when the bottle shows it |
Format
Is Phytomem a tablet or a capsule?
It is a tablet. The bottle says "30 Tablets" and the brand's info page says tablets too.
The one exception is the brand's directions, which read: "Just one capsule daily with food". We read that as loose wording, not a second product. This site says tablet everywhere and notes the mix-up only where it matters for how you take it.
- Bottle front
- 30 Tablets
- Brand info page
- Tablets
- Brand directions
- "Just one capsule daily with food"
- What this site uses
- Tablet
- Tablet weight and size
- Not published
The form matters most if pills are hard for you to swallow. Tablet size is not published, so look at one tablet before your first dose, and ask a pharmacist before you split or crush it.
Read
How do you read the panel on your own Phytomem bottle?
When your bottle arrives, turn it around before you open it. If a panel is printed there, these checks take only a few minutes and tell you more than any web page can.
Find the boxed chart
Look on the side or back label for a box headed Supplement Facts. Take a clear photo of it for your records.
Check the serving size
It should say one tablet. If it says two or more, call the order desk before you take any.
Read the amounts
Note the weight next to each name. If the panel shows a blend with one total weight, the order of names tells you which is used most.
Count the names
See whether all ten names appear or only six. That answers the question this site cannot.
Scan other ingredients and cautions
Look for xylitol, fillers and any warning lines, and show the list to your doctor if you take medicine.
Look at the base
Find the lot number and best-before date. The order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 can match an order to its lot.
Lot PHY-26/GO-5523 and certificate PHY-5523-26-GO are reference labels, not lab results. How to use them is explained on the batch check page, and what testing has been shown is on the testing and quality page.
Missing
What is still not published about Phytomem?
Here is the full list of label facts that were not in anything the brand supplied. Each one is marked "not published" across this site until the brand shares it.
- A Supplement Facts panel with the amount of each ingredient
- Whether the four extra names on the info page are in the tablet
- Tablet weight and other (inactive) ingredients
- Label cautions and storage directions
- The distributor or manufacturer named on the label
- A public lab report (certificate of analysis) for any lot
- Expiry or best-before date
You can ask for any of these yourself. Write to [email protected] or call +1 (302) 200-3480 and ask for the Supplement Facts panel and the other ingredients list. Keep the reply with your order email, so you have it on file if the answer ever changes.
Have a question the label does not answer? The contact page lists who can help with what.
FAQ
Phytomem Supplement Facts FAQ
Where can I see the Phytomem Supplement Facts panel?
No panel image has been published or supplied. Check the side or back of your own bottle when it arrives; if a panel is printed there, it is the final word.
How many ingredients are in Phytomem?
The seller pack and brand graphic name six. The brand's info page names ten and calls it a 10-in-1 formula. Without a panel, the final count cannot be confirmed.
Does the Phytomem label list amounts?
Not in anything published so far. The front of the bottle shows only the name, the three claims, Dietary Supplement and 30 Tablets.
Why do the directions say capsule if Phytomem is a tablet?
The brand's directions use the word capsule, while the bottle and info page say tablets. We treat it as loose wording; the product is a tablet.
What do the asterisks on Memory, Focus and Clarity mean?
They link to the FDA statement: the claims have not been evaluated by the FDA, and the product is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Is Phytomem FDA approved?
No. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold. Seals showing a registered or GMP facility describe a factory, not the tablet.
